We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all accessories (if applicable)

  • Include proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used pens

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
