Does the ink match the barrel colour?
No. The six colours are barrel colours. Every pen writes in black 0.5 mm gel ink.
Can I buy more refills?
Each box comes with two spare black 0.5 mm refills to swap in when the ink runs low. We don't sell extra refills for FIRST pens separately.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a tracking email once it ships.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not at the moment. We ship within Canada only, with rates shown at checkout.
